    Goji berries are one of the most nutritious fruits in the world. They contain high amounts of vitamin A (as beta carotene), vitamin C, vitamin E (which is uncommonly found in fruits) and impressive amounts of vitamin B.

    Cashew nuts
    With almost 20% of protein, cashew nuts are a very high-value plant-based protein source. Especially remarkable is the high amount of L-tryptophan, an amino acid, which our body needs to produce the “happiness hormone” serotonin. Furthermore, cashew nuts contain polyunsaturated fatty acids, magnesium and vitamins A, B and E.
