To celebrate International Women’s Month, we’re hosting a series of free events in London, focusing on strength, empowerment, and progress.
Join us as we move forward together, and celebrate every step of the journey.


Event date: 11th March
Venue: STRONG
Time: 6-8 pm
Loaded means heavy springs, heavy dumbbells & time-under-tension. The goal is: growth, gains & getting strong.
Join us for a new kind of strength training session – a first-of-its-kind class that combines weights, Reformer, and rowing/spinning into a high-energy 45-minute power workout.
This workout focuses on building power through collective support and pushing your limits.

Time: 6-8 pm
Take part in our series that blends strength and empowerment with a choice of three classes: Strength & Sculpt, Mat Pilates, or Reformer Pilates.
Focus on sculpting, toning, and mobility, with every movement designed to empower you and bring balance to both body and mind.
