The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Simply go to womensbest.com/Returns and get your prepaid shipping label.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued.

When you register a return on our return portal, you’ll have the option to receive either a refund or a gift card for your returned item(s).
If you choose a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you choose a gift card, there will be no charge for the return shipping.
